Acceptable use policy of iruiru point

d. When we shipped off goods to a member, a point is added.

Art.3
Member can check own points after log-in iruiru.com web site.

Art.4
It is sometimes changed without our announcing the goods and the service made applying of not covered point giving, and we assume that a member agrees to that beforehand.

Art.5
We decide as follows about the expiration dates of a point.
a. POINT after passage lapses for 12 months from a given day.
b. POINT is managed by giving day. Member use POINT from old acquirement POINT.

Art.6
Member cannot lend and give own POINT to other member.

Art.7
We do not change from member’s POINT to cash in any case.

Art.8
a. In the point to which we gave us, even when damage occurred to a given member, we take no responsibility.
b. When a cost of taxes and public dues and other things generate a member with the merit of the point, possession, use or exchange, etc., a member bears this.

Art.9
When the reason relevant to below generated us, we assume that we don't meet the point exchange.

Provisional seizure, Provisional disposition, auction, bankruptcy, rehabilitation procedures, arrangement start, commencement of special liquidation proceeding, bankruptcy protection etc.
